Action takers, change makers and entrepreneurs on a mission to make a difference share how they’re creating a soul centred, passion driven life and business on their terms.

An interview based podcast focusing on the journey of each of my guests. Sometimes hitting ‘rock bottom’ is the start of a whole new life, career and way of thinking.

Many of my guests have experienced difficult childhoods or relationships, loss, PTSD, illness, depression, poverty, hard times, alcohol abuse, drug dependency, trauma or simply a sense of feeling lost or stuck without direction.

It doesn’t matter how humble or difficult a place you’re in right now, how unprepared or lacking in support you feel. If you have a dream....a passion to start something or change something and make a difference to your life and others .....and you’re ready to be inspired... this podcast is for you.

Ruth Stuettgen was born in South Africa and she now lives in Melbourne, Australia with her 3 children Ruth is an advocate on Family Violence and Women’s Empowerment and her book From Misery to Mastery - Journey to Freedom and Empowerment was written from her own experience and seeks to help women rebuild their lives after adversity. She's also is the founder of Inspired Women TV, Focus on Balance and Lunch & Learn for Women in Business and as a Speaker, Coach and Mentor Ruth works globally with businesswomen, executives and corporate teams. Our conversation focused on her most recent passion project The Book of Inspiration for Women by Women – This is a collection of inspirational messages from women and girls around the world created to support, uplift and instil hope and confidence. With just one more week to go until the book's gala launch Ruth joined me to talk about her year creating and curating this collaborative work. The lessons and personal growth she's experienced and the joy of bringing an ambitious idea to life and then finally releasing it to the world. As a contributor to this book I'm especially excited to be a part of the launch. You'll be able to buy the book through my website and I'm planning to gift a few copies within my local community once it's launched. This is a beautiful coffee table book and it has to be shared. You can find out more about Ruth's work by visiting her at Diana x
